1 Introduction

1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Season of Play Contest” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the General Terms, they must (i) not opt in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 6.3.
4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those Individuals residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
   1. are nineteen 19 years of age or older;
   2. have a valid Player Account on OLG.ca that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak, or deactivated; and
   3. are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (each, an “Eligible Participant” and collectively, “Eligible Participants”).
      
      Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion.
2. 2.2 Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
3. 2.3 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus, Entry, or any other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
4. 2.4 Without limiting the foregoing, an Eligible Participant who becomes a Self-Excluded Individual (as defined in the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy), after having opted-in to this Promotion, shall be disqualified from the Promotion immediately and will not be entitled to any Bonus Funds, Entry, Prize or any other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
5. 2.5 An Eligible Participant who enters a Break (as defined in the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy) during the Promotion Period, after having opted-in to this Promotion, shall not be eligible, during the time period of the Break, to earn an Entry or participate in the Prize Draw, as applicable, for a chance to win a Prize. An Eligible Participant will be eligible to participate in the Prize Draw if they were not on a Break at the time they earned an Entry and are no longer on a Break as of the Prize Draw Date, as determined by OLG. Should an Eligible Participant be on a Break on the Prize Draw date as determined by OLG, any Entries earned during the Promotion Period will be void and will not be eligible for any Prize.

3 Promotion Period

1. 3.1 This Promotion commences December 22, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. EST and ends on January 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).
2. 3.2 An Eligible Participant may earn Entries for this Promotion upon successfully Opting-In to the Promotion in accordance with Section 6.1 during the Promotion Period and may earn Entries through any combination of methods, as applicable, and as contemplated in Sections 6.4, 6.5, 6.6 and Section 6.7 (up to the stipulated maximum number of Entries as listed in Section 6.2 below). An Eligible Participant cannot earn Entries for this Promotion at any time outside of the Promotion Period.

4 Odds, No Purchase Necessary

1. 4.1 The odds of winning a Prize in this Promotion vary depending on number of Entries received by OLG during the Promotion Period or as otherwise contemplated in Sections 6.7 and 7.1.
2. 4.2 THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION.

5 Prizes

1. 5.1 There are a total of three (3) prizes available to be won in this Promotion as described below (each a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”):

2. 5.2 There is a limit of one (1) Prize per Eligible Participant.
3. 5.3 Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
4. 5.4 In the event a Prize cannot be awarded as originally contemplated by these Promotion Specific Terms for circumstances outside of OLG’s control, OLG may, in its discretion, substitute a Prize of equal or greater approximate retailer value. No substitutions are to be made except at OLG’s election. Except as specifically provided herein, an unclaimed Prize will not be awarded.
5. 5.4 Without limiting the foregoing, OLG reserves the right to award any Prizes, or substitute Prizes of equal or greater approximate retailer value, in an alternate form, including but not limited to the issuance of a cheque to the Eligible Winner. Should OLG elect to award any of the Prizes in an alternate form, OLG shall, within a commercially reasonable amount of time, inform the Eligible Winner of such change and any changes to the process outlined in Section 8 that is required to facilitate the award of the Prize in alternate form.

6 How to Participate

1. 6.1 How to Opt-In: To enter this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must first opt-in (“Opt-In”) to the Promotion during the Promotion Period as follows:
   1. Eligible Participants must log-in to their Player Account;
   2. Eligible Participants must navigate to the “Promotions Lobby” and Opt-in to the Promotion by selecting “Opt In” on the tile for this Promotion (“Promotion Tile”) or an Eligible Participant may navigate to the “Promotion Detail Page” and select the “Opt-In” button;
   3. Eligible Participants may only Opt-In to the Promotion one (1) time;
   4. Upon Opting-In, Eligible Participants will be presented a notification indicating that their Opt-In was successful. The Promotion Tile will then appear in the Eligible Participant’s “Your Active Promotions” section of their Player Account.
2. 6.2 Upon Opting-In to this Promotion, Eligible Participants may start earning Entries through any combination of methods, as applicable, and as contemplated in Sections 6.4, 6.5, 6.6 and Section 6.7. For certainty, an Eligible Participant cannot earn more than one hundred (100 Entries during the Promotion Period).
3. 6.3 Purchases and wagers made prior to Opting-In will not be counted towards the earning of Entries in respect of this Promotion. If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in the Promotion after completing the steps set out in Section 6.1, they must opt-out from the Promotion by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” page.
4. 6.4 How to Earn Entries: An Eligible Participant who has Opted In to this Promotion will earn one (1) entry for this Promotion (each, an "Entry", and collectively, the "Entries") for:
   1. Every five dollars ($5.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds spent, during the Promotion Period, on any Draw-Based Lottery Games Played Online (“Lottery Category”).
   2. Every five dollars ($5.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds spent, during the Promotion Period, on any Sports Betting Game Played Online, PROLINE+ (“PROLINE+ Category”);
   3. Every ten dollars ($10.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds spent, during the Promotion Period, on any Casino Game Played Online (“Casino Category”);

   By way of example, if an Eligible Participant wagers ten dollars ($10.00 CAD) on Casino Instant Games, five dollars ($5.00 CAD) on PROLINE+, and purchases five dollars ($5.00 CAD) worth of Draw-Based Lottery Games Played Online, they will earn three (3) Entries pursuant to this Section 6.4, not including any additional Entries that would be earned in accordance with Section 6.5. If the total amount wagered is not a multiple of ten (10) for the Casino Category, five (5) for the PROLINE+ Category, or five (5) for the Lottery Category, the number of Entries will be calculated based on rounding down to the nearest multiple of ten (10), five (5) or five (5). By way of example, if an Eligible Participant wagers twelve dollars ($12.00 CAD) on PROLINE+, they will earn two (2) Entries.

5. 6.5 Additional Entries for Cross-Category Play:
   1. Provided an Eligible Participant has earned an Entry in accordance with Section 6.4, an they will earn the applicable additional Entries if they satisfy either of the following two requirements between the time of Opt-In and the end of the Promotion Period:
      1. An Eligible Participant will earn ten (10) additional Entries if they spend at least one dollar ($1.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on each of any two (2) of the following categories: (i) Casino Category; (ii) PROLINE+ Category; or (iii) Lottery Category; or
      2. An Eligible Participant will earn twenty (20) additional Entries if they spend at least one dollar ($1.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on each of all three (3) of the following Game Categories: (i) Casino Category; (ii) PROLINE+ Category; and (iii) Lottery Category.

      For certainty, an Eligible Participant can only earn the additional Entries contemplated in either (i) or (ii) above once. An Eligible Participant must spend at least one dollar ($1.00 CAD) on each of the categories, for a combined total of at least $2.00 CAD under 6.5(a)(i) and at least 3.00 CAD under 6.5(a)(ii). An Eligible Participant is eligible to earn additional Entries in respect of either (i) or (ii) above but not both. For example, if an Eligible Participant satisfies the requirement set out in (ii) above, they will receive an additional 20 Entries only.

   2. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Participant has an active subscription(s) for Draw-Based Lottery Games Played Online and Opts-In to the Promotion during the Promotion Period, only the tickets that are purchased using Unutilized Funds between Opting-In and the end of the Promotion Period contribute towards earning Entries.
   3. Any wagers on or purchases in respect of Games that do not fall into the categories contemplated in Section 6.4 will not qualify for entry into this Promotion. OLG, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether a given wager or purchase is eligible for entry.
6. 6.6 Additional Bonus Entries for Setting My PlaySmart Tools: Provided that an Eligible Participant has earned an Entry in accordance with Section 6.4 6.5, or 6.7, an Eligible Participant will earn the following additional bonus Entries if they satisfy either of the following requirements during the Promotion Period: 
   1. An Eligible Participant will earn a one-time bonus of ten (10) additional entries if they have an existing My PlaySmart Tool that is active at the end of the Promotion Period, or if they set up a new My PlaySmart Tool that is active at the end of the Promotion Period.
   2. An Eligible Participant will earn a one-time bonus of twenty (20) additional Entries if they have two or more existing My PlaySmart Tools that are active at the end of the Promotion Period or if they set up two or more new My PlaySmart Tools that are active at the end of the Promotion Period.
      
      The term "My PlaySmart Tools" that qualify for bonus entries in accordance with this Section 6.6 are set out below:
      1. Deposit Limit – set the amount of money you can deposit to your account.
      2. Casino Spend Limit – set the amount of money you plan to bet on casino games.
      3. Casino Loss Limit – set the amount of money you’re willing to lose on casino games.
      4. Lottery Purchase Limit – set the amount of money you plan to spend on lottery products.
      5. Sports Spend Limit – set the amount of money you plan to spend on sports betting.

      For certainty, an Eligible Participant can only earn the additional Entries contemplated in either (a) or (b) above once. An Eligible Participant is eligible to earn additional Entries in respect of either (a) or (b) above but not both. A maximum total of 20 bonus entries can be earned pursuant to this Section 6.6.

7. 6.7 No Purchase Necessary Option: An Eligible Participant is not required to make any purchase or wager any Unutilized Funds to participate in this Promotion and a purchase or wager will not improve the chances of winning. If an Eligible Participant wishes to participate in this Promotion without such purchase or wager, they may:
   1. Print their first name, last name, telephone number and complete mailing address (including postal code) on a plain white piece of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient postage) along with a one hundred (100) or more word, unique and original handwritten, essay (the "Essay") on why they like a particular online casino slot Game (“Casino Essay”), favorite sport on PROLINE+ (“PROLINE+ Essay”), or particular lottery Games (“Lottery Essay”), as applicable, to: Digital Product Management – Retention, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, OLG.ca, 4120 Yonge Street, North York, ON M2P 2B8 (the "Request"). The Essay must include the Eligible Participant's OLG.ca username and address as registered on the Eligible Participant's Player Account. Each request will be deemed to have been made on the day it was received by OLG. For certainty, any Request which includes written content unrelated to the required subject matter of the Casino Essay, PROLINE+ Essay or Lottery Essay, as applicable, shall not qualify for an Entry or any additional Entries.;
      
      To be eligible, any Request that an Eligible Participant submits must: (i) be received separately, each in a separate envelope each bearing sufficient postage (e.g., multiple Requests in the same envelope will be void); (ii) be post-marked during the Promotion Period and received by OLG during the Promotion Period; and (iii) specify the name of this Promotion, “Season of Play Contest” (Requests that fail to specify are void); or
   2. To address the possibility that mail delivery is impacted by a labour disruption or strike impacting mail service during the Promotion Period:
      1. Notwithstanding the requirement under Section 6.7(a) that a Request be received during the Promotion Period, OLG may, at its sole discretion, choose to grant an Entry for an otherwise compliant Request that is received by OLG after the Promotion Period but before the Draw Date; and
   3. The Eligible Participant may alternatively submit their Essay through an online portal by visiting [olgnpn.olg.ca/en-ca/SeasOfPlay] (the “Alternative NPN Entry Method”).

      To earn an Entry using the Alternative NPN Entry Method, an Eligible Participant must: (i) provide all required information, as set out on the digital form, including full name, birthdate, email address, phone number, and home address, and (ii) upload a legible photo or digital scan of their Essay in accordance with the file upload requirements of the digital form (“Digital Request”). Each Digital Request must be submitted separately by filling out the digital form and uploading an Essay that has not previously been submitted. In all cases, Digital Requests must be received by OLG by local close of business on January 5, 2026 in order to be eligible. OLG is not responsible for any delays in receipt of such Entries.

8. 6.8 The Eligible Participant will earn one (1) Entry for each unique Request submitted in accordance with Section 6.7(a) or (b).
9. 6.9 Additional Entries for No Purchase Necessary Option: Provided an Eligible Participant earned an Entry in accordance with Section 6.7, an Eligible Participant will earn the applicable additional Entries if they satisfy either of the following requirements between the time of Opt-In and the end of the Promotion Period:
   1. An Eligible Participant will earn ten (10) additional Entries if they submit an Essay, as contemplated in Section 6.7, on any two (2) of the following Essay categories: (i) Casino Essay; (ii) PROLINE+ Essay; or (iii) Lottery Essay; or
   2. An Eligible Participant will earn twenty (20) additional Entries if they submit an Essay, as contemplated in Section 6.7, on all three (3) of the following Essay topics: (i) Casino Essay; (ii) PROLINE+ Essay; and (iii) Lottery Essay.

   For certainty, an Eligible Participant can only earn the additional Entries contemplated in either (i) or (ii) above once. An Eligible Participant is eligible to earn additional Entries in respect of either (i) or (ii) above but not both. Nor can an Eligible Participant earn Entries in respect of both this Section 6.7 (c) and Section 6.5.

10. 6.10 An Eligible Participant can earn a maximum of 100 Entries by way of the Request method set out in Section 6.7. In no event can an Eligible Participant combine Requests, bonus Entries, and the purchase/wager option of obtaining Entries to exceed the maximum amount of Entries that can be earned in respect of this Promotion as contemplated in Section 6.2.

7 Selection Process

1. 7.1
   1. Subject to Section 7.1b, on January 9, 2026 at approximately 3:00 p.m. EST in Toronto, Ontario, nine (9) Eligible Participants will be selected by a random draw (the “Prize Draw”) from all eligible Entries received by OLG in accordance with these Promotion Specific Terms.
   2. In the event of a labour dispute or any other circumstance outside of OLG’s control, impacting the mail-in option for Requests, OLG reserves the right to postpone the Prize Draw date to such time as is reasonable to account for all valid mail-in Entries that are post-marked within the Promotion Period. Such determination to delay the draw is to be made at OLG’s sole discretion. OLG will not be responsible for any such delay and Eligible Participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless OLG and any of its officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees from any and all claims or demands whatsoever that arise from or are in any way related to a delay in the Prize Draw date.
2. 7.2 For the purpose of the Promotion Specific Terms, an “Eligible Winner” is the earliest Selected Participant that has not been disqualified pursuant to the Promotion Specific Terms and is eligible to redeem a Prize, subject to Section 8.
3. 7.3 The selection of Eligible Winners shall be determined as follows (each a “Selected Participant”):
   1. The first selected Eligible Participant drawn will be the Eligible Winner for one (1) Grand Prize;
   2. The second selected Eligible Participant drawn will be the Eligible Winner for one (1) Second Place Prize;
   3. The third selected Eligible Participant drawn will be the Eligible Winner for one (1) Third Place Prize; and
   4. The next six (6) Eligible Participants will be drawn as back-up entries (“Back-up Entry”) in the event one (1) of the first three (3) Selected Participants cannot be contacted, are found to be ineligible, or fail to complete the Skill-testing Question. The Back-Up Entry will replace the disqualified Selected Participants in descending order starting with the Grand Prize in accordance with the order in which the Back-Up Entries were drawn.
4. 7.4 In the event that an Eligible Winner has not been selected for any Prize after exhausting the back-up Entries, OLG may, in its sole and absolute discretion elect not to award any Prize.

8 Prize Redemption and Skill Testing Question

1. 8.1 For the purpose of the Promotion Specific Terms, a “Winner” is an Eligible Winner who redeems a Prize by first completing the following requirements within timelines prescribed by OLG:
   1. the Eligible Winner must follow the instructions on claiming the Prize in accordance with Section 8.2;
   2. the Eligible Winner must confirm receipt of the OLG notification that he/she is the Eligible Winner in accordance with Section 8.3;
   3. if applicable, the Eligible Winner must satisfy the requirements in Section 8.5;
   4. if applicable, the Eligible Winner must satisfy the requirements in Section 8.6; and
   5. the Eligible Winner must correctly answer the Skill-Testing Question in accordance with Section 8.7.
2. 8.2 An Eligible Winner will be initially notified of their status as an Eligible Winner and to arrange for redemption of the Prize by email according to the contact information associated with their Player Account within forty-eight (48) hours of the time of the Prize Draw. This notification will include a Skill-Testing Question as contemplated in Section 8.7. The second attempt will be made two (2) days after the first attempt and the third attempt will be made within five (5) days after the second attempt. The second and third notification attempts will be made either by email or telephone according to the Eligible Winner’s contact information associated with their Player Account. The Eligible Winner will be required to follow the instructions on claiming the Prize detailed in such email to remain eligible for this Promotion.
3. 8.3 The Eligible Winner must confirm receipt of the OLG notification that they are the Eligible Winner, according to the instructions provided by OLG in its notification, within ten (10) days from the first attempt of contact to claim the Prize (“Prize Acknowledgement Deadline”). If the Eligible Winner fails to do so, they may lose any entitlement to the Prize and OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select a new Eligible Winner from the eligible Back-Up Entries that were received in accordance with these Promotion Specific Terms (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected Eligible Winner).
4. 8.4 OLG will use reasonable efforts to notify the Selected Participants by telephone, email or mail, each of which according to the contact information registered on their Player Account, that they are an Eligible Winner and to arrange for the fulfilment of their Prize.
5. 8.5 An Eligible Winner, when instructed by OLG, must execute, and return OLG's standard declaration and release form which, among other matters:
   1. confirms their eligibility and compliance with the Promotion Specific Terms;
   2. acknowledges acceptance of the applicable Prize (as awarded);
   3. releases OLG from liability in connection with the conduct of the Promotion and/or the awarding of the Prize; and
   4. agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their name, address, voice, statements about the Promotion and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of OLG in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.
6. 8.6 In order to claim the Prize, the Eligible Winner may be required to present a valid government issued photo identification. If the Eligible Winner fails to do so, the applicable Prize may not be awarded and OLG has no obligation to award any substitute prizes or rewards.
7. 8.7 An Eligible Winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (the “Skill-Testing Question”) without mechanical or other aid in order to claim the Prize. The Skill-Testing Question will be communicated to the Eligible Winner as part of the initial notification of the Eligible Winner’s status as Eligible Winner contemplated in Section 8.2. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, OLG may, in its sole and absolute discretion, administer an alternate test of skill as required to comply with applicable law (including applicable accessibility legislation).
8. 8.8 If an Eligible Winner fails to respond to OLG in accordance with any of the instructions provided in a communication to the Eligible Winner, or if the Eligible Winner fails to correctly answer the Skill-Testing Question within the timeframes detailed by OLG, the Eligible Winner may be disqualified from the Promotion at OLG’s sole and absolute discretion.

9 General Terms

1. 9.1 OLG reserves the right to deny an Entry or reject an Entry once accepted, for any reason which, in its sole judgment and discretion, it deems proper.
