“PROLINE+ Bet $10 & Get $50 Promo”

1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (these “Promotion Specific Terms”) govern the “PROLINE+ Bet $10 & Get $50 Promo” (the “Promotion”) and are subject to the General Offer Terms (the “General Terms”) and the Player Agreement, both of which are hereby incorporated into and form part of the Promotion Specific Terms. By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (each of the foregoing, an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms.
  2. 1.2 Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms or the Player Agreement.

2 Promotion Period

  1. 2.1 This Promotion is available from February 23, 2026 at 10:00 am to January 8, 2027 at 10:00 am (the “Promotion Period”).

3 Promotion Benefit(s)

An Eligible Participant that satisfies the Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion will be provided the following Promotion benefit:

  1. 3.1 Upon Settlement of the Qualifying Wager, five (5) Sports Bonus Bets valued at $10.00 each, subject to the following conditions and limitations:
    1. Each Sports Bonus Bet expires 168 hours after being credited to a Player Account;
    2. Each Sports Bonus Bet may only be used for one wager on PROLINE+; and
    3. Any Sports Bonus Bet(s) provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed $50.00 value in total, regardless of the extent to which the Eligible Participant may exceed the Qualifying Requirements, including with respect to amounts wagered on PROLINE+.

4 Qualifying Requirements

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must, within the Promotion Period:
    1. Opt-in to the Promotion by navigating to the Player Account registration webpage via the link displayed on the banner that presented this Promotion or by selecting the Promotion during registration of a Player Account;
    2. Complete the registration of the Player Account in accordance with the Player Agreement; and
    3. Validate the email address associated with the Player Account.
  2. 4.2 Eligible Participants must also satisfy the following Qualifying Requirements to receive the Promotion benefit(s) described in Section 3:
    1. During the Promotion Period, spend at least $10.00 of Unutilized Funds on an individual PROLINE+ wager (“Qualifying Wager”).

5 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 5.1 The Promotion is available only to Players who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older; and
    2. have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca or any legacy OLG website (“Eligible Participant”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
