“Second Chance Promo - Up to $500 in Sports Bonus Bet + RS Gift Card”

1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (these “Promotion Specific Terms”) govern the “Second Chance Promo - Up to $500 in Sports Bonus Bet + RS Gift Card” (the “Promotion”) and are subject to the General Offer Terms (the “General Terms”) and the Player Agreement, both of which are hereby incorporated into and form part of the Promotion Specific Terms. By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (each of the foregoing, an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms.
  2. 1.2 Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms or the Player Agreement.

2 Promotion Period

  1. 2.1 This Promotion is available from January 30, 2026 at 10:00 am to June 30, 2026 at 10:00 am (the “Promotion Period”).

3 Promotion Benefit(s)

An Eligible Participant that satisfies the Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion as set out in Section 4 will be provided with the following Promotion benefit(s):

  1. 3.1 Upon satisfaction of the Qualifying Requirements as set out in Section 4, one (1) Second Chance Bet, with a conditional Sports Bonus Bet valued at the amount that is 100% of the associated Designated Sports Bet, up to a maximum Sports Bonus Bet of $500.00, subject to the following conditions and limitations:
    1. The Second Chance Bet expires 168 hours after being credited to the Player Account of the Eligible Participant; and
    2. The PROLINE+ wager to which the Second Chance Bet may be applied must meet the following criteria:
      1. the amount of the wager must be at least $10.00; and
      2. the Designated Sports Bet is placed prior to the expiry of the Second Chance Bet; and
    3. If an Eligible Participant receives the Sports Bonus Bet contemplated in this Section 3.1 (as a result of the Designated Sports Bet losing as a result of Settlement), such Sports Bonus Bet will be subject to the following conditions and limitations:
      1. The Sports Bonus Bet expires 168 hours after being credited to the Player Account of the Eligible Participant;
      2. The Sports Bonus Bet may only be used for one wager on PROLINE+; and
      3. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Promotion Specific Terms and regardless of whether the amount wagered for the associated Designated Sports Bet exceeds $500.00, any Sports Bonus Bet provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed $500.00.
  2. 3.2 On the first Friday that follows the day on which the Qualifying Requirements set out in Section 4 have been satisfied, one (1) gift card code for a Real Sports Bar & Grill valued at $25.00 (“RS Code”), subject to the following conditions and limitations:
    1. RS Code will be sent to email associated with this Player Account of the Eligible Participant;
    2. Eligible Participant will only be eligible for (1) RS Code which shall not exceed $25.00 in value; and
    3. Additional conditions and limitations as set out in Sections 6.1 and 6.2.

4 Qualifying Requirements

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must, within the Promotion Period:
    1. Opt-in to the Promotion by navigating to the Player Account registration webpage via the link displayed on the banner that presented this Promotion or by selecting the Promotion during registration of a Player Account;
    2. Complete the registration of the Player Account in accordance with the Player Agreement; and
    3. Validate the email address associated with the Player Account.

5 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 5.1 The Promotion is available only to Players who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older; and
    2. have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca or any legacy OLG website (“Eligible Participant”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (“MLSE”), Real Sports Bar & Grill (“RS” or “RSBG”), the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

6 Additional Terms

  1. 6.1 Eligible Participants hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless OLG, MLSE RS, and their respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities and costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) which may arise from, or in relation to:
    1. the Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion;
    2. any breach by the Eligible Participant of any covenants, agreements, terms, obligations, representations, or warranties set forth herein; and
    3. the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, misuse or non-use of the RS Code by the Eligible Participant.
  2. 6.2 The Eligible Participant understands and acknowledges that the RS Code and the use thereof may be subject to separate third-party terms and conditions (“Third Party Terms”). The Eligible Participant is responsible for determining the Third Party Terms applicable to the RS Code (or component thereof) and their use thereof and hereby agrees to comply with such applicable Third-Party Terms. OLG does not make and expressly disclaims any representations and warranties with respect to the RS Code and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability to an Eligible Participant in relation to the use or non-use of any RS Code. The Eligible Participant is solely responsible for complying with Third Party Terms; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the RS Code.
