“$50 Casino Instant Bonus Promo”

1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “$50 Casino Instant Bonus Promo” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated; and
    3. has provided OLG consent to send commercial electronic messages; and
    4. have been selected to participate in this Promotion, all as determined by OLG (“Eligible Participant”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of May 12, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. to June 1, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. (the “Promotion Period”).

4 How to participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must;
    1. Log-in to their Player Account;
    2. Opt into the Promotion by selecting the “Opt-in” button either by navigating to the “Promotions Lobby” or the “Promotion Detail Page”.
  2. 4.2 Once an Eligible Participant has successfully opted into the Promotion, a fifty Canadian dollar ($50.00 CAD) Casino Bonus (“Promotional Bonus”) will be credited to their Casino Bonus balance.

5 Wager Requirements

  1. 5.1 This Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wager Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Promotional Bonus to the Cash Balance are as follows
    1. Within 336 hours from the time that the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must wager, in aggregate, an amount that is equal to or greater than the total amount of the Promotional Bonus in accordance with Section 5.1b; and
    2. The amount of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wager Requirements detailed in Section 5.1a is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGERING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.

6 General Terms

  1. 6.1 Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotional Bonus one (1) time. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00 CAD). Eligible Participants must opt-in to the Promotion during the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive the Promotional Bonus, otherwise they will not be eligible to claim the Promotional Bonus and the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account.
  2. 6.2 The Promotional Bonus is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
  3. 6.3 Eligible Participants are not required to make any purchase or wager any Unutilized Funds to be eligible for a Promotional Bonus.
