1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Cashback Bonus - Up to $1000” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt-in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 4.2. 
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;  
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated; and 
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”).
    Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion
    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 12:00 a.m. on September 24, 2025, and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on November 20, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Eligible Participant must opt-in to this Promotion within 168 hours from the time OLG sent the promotional email detailed in Section 4.1 (for the purposes of this Agreement, the time the email is sent is the time that is recorded in OLG’s servers and OLG will be the sole determinant of same for all purposes) (the “Opt-in Period”).

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this promotion, an eligible participant must:
    1. Log-in to their Player Account and opt-in to the Promotion by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or “Promotions Details Page” on OLG.ca/OLG App via the link displayed in the promotional email and select the “Opt-In” button within the Opt-in Period.
    2. Once the Eligible Participant has met the Qualifying Requirements in accordance with Section 5 and the Qualifying Period has ended, Eligible Participants will be provided a Casino Bonus credited to the Eligible Participant’s “Casino Bonus” wallet of their Player Account.
    The amount of Casino Bonus will be calculated at one hundred percent (100%) of the qualifying cash wagers made during the Qualifying Period in accordance with Section 5, up to a maximum of one thousand Canadian Dollars ($1000.00) in Casino Bonus.
  2. 4.2 If an Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in this Promotion, after they have completed the steps set out in Section 4.1, they must opt-out from the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098 before the end of the Promotion Period.

5 Qualifying Requirements

  1. 5.1 The Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to redeem a Casino Bonus are s follows:
    1. Within one-hundred twenty (120) hours from the time that the Eligible Participant opts into this Promotion (the “Qualifying Period”), the Eligible Participant must wager, in aggregate, at least one dollar ($1.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on any casino style Pay-to-Play Games in order to receive a Casino Bonus. If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements within the one-hundred twenty (120) hours, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
  2. 5.2 The Qualifying Requirement for this Promotion requires that an Eligible Participant make a successful wager using Unutilized Funds from their Cash Balance during the Qualifying Period in order to be eligible to receive their Casino Bonus. Any wagers successfully made outside of the Qualifying Period shall not contribute to satisfying the Qualifying Requirement.

6 Wagering Requirements

  1. 6.1 Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wagering Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus to the Cash Balance are as follows:
    1. Within 168 hours from the time that Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must wager an aggregate amount of at least ten (10) times the total amount of the Casino Bonus provided as part of this Promotion; and
    2. The amount of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wagering Requirements detailed in Section 5.1a is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGERING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.

7 General Terms

  1. 7.1 Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed one thousand Canadian Dollars ($1000.00), regardless of the amount wagered to meet the Qualifying Requirements. Eligible Participants must opt-in to the Promotion during the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive the Promotion, otherwise they will not be eligible to claim the Casino Bonus and the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account.
  2. 7.2 The Casino Bonus is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
