ONTARIO LOTTERY AND GAMING CORPORATION
[SEPTEMBER 11, 2026 TO SEPTEMBER 25, 2026]

1. Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (these “Promotion Specific Terms”) govern the “Survey # PP091126 – $8 in Casino Bonus for the First 38,000 Eligible Participants to Complete” (the “Promotion”) and are subject to the General Offer Terms (the “General Terms”) and the Player Agreement, both of which are hereby incorporated into and form part of the Promotion Specific Terms. By participating in this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (each of the foregoing, an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms.
  2. 1.2 Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms or the Player Agreement.

2. Promotion Period

  1. 2.1 Subject to Section 6.1, the Promotion is available from September 11, 2026 at 3:00 pm to September 25, 2026 at 11:59 pm (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Promotion Benefits

  1. 3.1 An Eligible Participant that satisfies the Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion will be provided the following Promotion benefit on October 9, 2026:

A Casino Bonus valued at $8.00 in accordance with Section 4.2(a), subject to the following conditions and limitations:

  1. The Casino Bonus expires at the end of the Wager Period.
  2. The Casino Bonus shall not exceed $8.00.
  3. To convert the Casino Bonus balance to Unutilized Funds in the Eligible Participant’s Cash Balance, the Eligible Participant must, within 168 hours from the time it is credited to their Player Account (“Wager Period”), meet the following criteria:
    1. Wager, in aggregate, at least one (1) time the total amount of the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion in accordance with Section 5.2 of the General Terms (the “Wager Requirements”).
  4. The Wager Requirements are subject to the provisions of Section 5 of the General Terms, including with respect to Game Contributions as set out in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD SATISFYING THE WAGER REQUIREMENTS AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.

4. Qualifying Requirements

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must, within the Promotion Period, select the “Start Survey” button on the Survey webpage on OLG.ca (“Survey Start”).
  2. 4.2 Eligible Participants must satisfy the following Qualifying Requirements to receive the Promotion benefit described in Section 3:
    1. Within 168 hours of Survey Start (the “Qualifying Period”), be among the first 38,000 Eligible Participants to complete the Casino and Sports Survey (the “Survey”), as determined by OLG, in its sole discretion. The Survey may be completed by visiting the unique URL provided to the Eligible Participant in an email, and completing the Survey as instructed. The Eligible Participant may only complete the Survey one time.

FOR GREATER CLARITY, THE PROMOTION BENEFIT IS AVAILABLE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS TO THE FIRST 38,000 ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS WHO COMPLETE THE SURVEY BUT ARE NOT AMONG THE FIRST 38,000 TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PROMOTION BENEFIT.

5. Promotion Eligibility

  1. 5.1 The Promotion is available only to Players who (at the time of participation):
    1. are 19 years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been self-excluded; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”).

Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

6. General

  1. 6.1 At or around the time that 38,000 Eligible Participants have completed the Survey, the Survey will become inaccessible for the duration of the Promotion Period.
  2. 6.2 The Eligible Participant understands and acknowledges that the Survey may be subject to a separate set of terms and conditions (“Survey Terms”). The Eligible Participant must agree to any applicable Survey Terms in order to participate in the Promotion.
