“OLG Birthday Bonus”

1 Introduction

1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “OLG Birthday Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion. 
4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG. 

2 Promotion Eligibility

1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
   1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
   2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and have not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated; 
   3. have made at least one (1) wager or lottery purchase on OLG.ca within six (6) months preceding the date they have specified as their birthday when registering for a Player Account; and 
   4. have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”).
   Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion.  
   
   Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification. 

3 Promotion Period

1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 12:00 a.m. on September 4, 2025, and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on November 12, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Eligible Participant must opt-in to this Promotion within 168 hours from the time OLG sent the promotional email detailed in Section 4.1 (for the purposes of this Agreement, the time the email is sent is the time that is recorded in OLG’s servers and OLG will be the sole determinant of same for all purposes) (the “Opt-in Period”). 

4 How to Participate

1. 4.1 Eligible Participants will receive a promotional email on the date they have specified as their birthday when registering for a Player Account.  
2. 4.2 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must opt in to the Promotion during the Opt-in Period. To opt-in, the Eligible Participant must: 
   
   1. Log-in to their Player Account;  
   2. Opt-in to the Promotion by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or promotion details page on OLG.ca via the link displayed by the banner or email that presented this Promotion and select the “Opt In” button within the Opt-in Period.  
   3. Once the Eligible Participant has opted in, they will receive a notification indicating the successful opt-in.
3. 4.3 If the Eligible Participant has opted into the Promotion during the Opt-In Period, they will be eligible to earn a Casino Bonus, Lottery Bonus and Sports Bet Credits, in accordance with the following:  
   
   1. Casino Bonus: The Eligible Participant will be provided a Casino Bonus outlined in Section 5.1.
   2. Lottery Bonus: The Eligible Participant must meet the Lottery Qualifying Requirements within the Lottery Qualifying Period in accordance with Section 8.1. At the end of the Lottery Qualifying Period, Eligible Participants will be provided with a Lottery Bonus, calculated in accordance with Section 6.1.
   3. Sports Bet Credits: The Eligible Participant must meet the Sports Qualifying Requirements within the “Sports Qualifying Period” in accordance with Section 9.1. At the end of the Sports Qualifying Period, Eligible Participants will be provided Sports Bet Credits, calculated in accordance with Section 7.1.
4. 4.4 Participants who fulfill all requirements pertaining to Casino Bonus, Lottery Bonus and Sports Bet Credits can earn a maximum combined bonus total of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00 CAD).
5. 4.5 If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in this Promotion after they have completed the steps set out Section 4.2, they must opt-out from the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098 during the promotion period.

5 Casino Bonus

1. 5.1 The Eligible Participant will be provided a Casino Bonus of eighty dollars ($80.00 CAD) (the “Casino Bonus”) credited to their Casino Bonus Balance.

6 Lottery Bonus

1. 6.1 Once an Eligible Participant has met the Lottery Qualifying Requirements within 168 hours of opting-in (the “Lottery Qualifying Period”) in accordance with Section 8.1, they will be provided a Lottery Bonus of ten dollars ($10.00 CAD) (the “Lottery Bonus”) credited to their Lottery Bonus balance.

7 Sports Bet Credits

1. 7.1 The amount of Sports Bet Credits will be calculated at fifty percent (50%) of the Qualifying Wagers made within 168 hours of opting-in (the “Sports Qualifying Period”) in accordance with Section 9.1. The Eligible Participant will be provided up to a maximum of sixty dollars ($60.00 CAD) in Sports Bet Credits credited to their Sports Bet Credits balance of their Player Account once the Qualifying Period ends.
2. 7.2 Sports Bet Credits earned pursuant to these Promotion Specific Terms expire 168 hours from the time it is credited to the Eligible Participant.

8 Qualifying Requirements to Redeem Lottery Bonus (“Lottery Qualifying Requirements”)

1. 8.1 The Lottery Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to redeem the Lottery Bonus are as follows:
   1. During the Lottery Qualifying Period, the Eligible Participant must purchase one (1) or more Draw-Based Lottery Games played online worth a total of at least twenty dollars ($20.00 CAD) on OLG.ca (not funded by Lottery Bonus(es)) during the Qualifying Period in order to receive the Lottery Bonus contemplated in this Promotion. If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements during the Lottery Qualifying Period, the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided. For the avoidance of doubt, where a Lottery ticket for a Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online is purchased by way of subscription, only the tickets successfully purchased during the Lottery Qualifying Period shall contribute to satisfying the Qualifying Requirements; any lottery tickets purchased outside of the Lottery Qualifying Period shall not contribute to satisfying the Qualifying Requirements.

9 Qualifying Requirements to Redeem Sports Bet Credits (“Sports Qualifying Requirements”)

1. 9.1 The Sports Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to obtain Sports Bet Credits are as follows:
   1. Within the Sports Qualifying Period, the Eligible Participant must wager, in aggregate, at least ten dollars ($10.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on any Sports Betting Games Played Online in order to receive Sports Bet Credits. If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements within the Promotion Period, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
   2. Any wager in respect of Outcomes, Events, sports or leagues that is not made in accordance with Section 10.1(a) will not qualify for this Promotion. OLG, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether a given wager is eligible.

10 Wager Requirements to Convert Casino Bonus to Cash Balance

1. 10.1 Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wager Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus credited under the “Casino Bonus” wallet to the Cash Balance are as follows:
   1. Within 168 hours (which is approximately 7 calendar days) from the time that the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make an aggregate eligible wager(s) of at least ten (10) times the total amount of the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion (e.g. at least one-hundred dollars ($100.00 CAD) for a $10 Casino Bonus);
2. 10.2 The amount of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wager Requirements detailed in Section 11.1 is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGER REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.
3. 10.3 If the Eligible Participant fails to meet the Wager Requirements set out in this Section 11 within the Wager Period, any Casino Bonus balance awarded pursuant to this Promotion in the Eligible Participant’s Player Account will be removed and reduced to zero (0) and the Eligible Participant will not have any further eligibility to Bonus Funds or Unutilized Funds pursuant to this Promotion.

11 General Terms

1. 11.1 Eligible Participants may only opt-in to the Promotion one (1) time during the Promotion Period. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed eighty dollars ($80.00), regardless of the amount wagered to meet the Qualifying Requirements. The Lottery Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed ten dollars ($10.00 CAD), regardless of the amount spent on the purchase of Draw-Based Lottery Games Played Online. The Sports Bet Credits provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed sixty dollars ($60.00 CAD), regardless of the amount wagered on Sports Betting Games Played Online.
2. 11.2 In the event OLG believes that an Eligible Participant has used the Sports Bet Credits issued pursuant to this Promotion, whether alone or in conjunction with Unutilized Funds, to fund a Wager or series of Wagers, alone, or in coordination with other Players, that results in guaranteed profits, benefits or advantages or a reduced risk of loss for the Eligible Participant or other Players, irrespective of the Result(s) for the Eligible Participant of the other Player(s) (“Minimal Risk Betting”), OLG may, in its sole discretion, and in accordance with Sections 10.6 and 10.7 of the PROLINE+ Game Conditions:
   1. Void one or more of the Selections on the Wager(s); or Void the entire Wager(s), in which case OLG will provide a refund of any amount of Unutilized Funds used to fund the Void Wager(s);
   2. elect not to pay any Prize (as defined in the Player Agreement) associated with the Wager(s) and provide a refund of any amount of Unutilized Funds used to fund the Wager(s); and/or
   3. remove the Sports Bet Credits from the Player Account of the Eligible Participant.
3. 11.3 By participating in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant represents, warrants and covenants they will not engage in Minimal Risk Betting.
