1   Introduction

  1. 1.1    These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Never Miss A Draw Bonus - $30 Lottery Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2    This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3    The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
  4. 1.4    This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2   Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1    The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak for a term equal to or greater than six months, or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion, all as determined by OLG.

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2    In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3   Promotion Period

  1. 3.1    This Promotion is available as of February 2, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. to February 15, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. 3.2    Once opted in, the Eligible Participant must meet the Qualifying Requirements specified in Section 5 in order to receive the Lottery Bonus contemplated in these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant does not meet such requirements, the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account.

4   How to Participate

  1. 4.1    In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must;
    1. Log-in to their Player Account;
    2. Opt-in to the “Never Miss A Draw Bonus - $30 Lottery Bonus” promotion within the Promotion Period by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or promotion details page on OLG.ca and selecting the “Opt In” button within the Promotion Period.
  2. 4.2    If an Eligible Participant is subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online at the time they opt-in to this Promotion and they satisfy the Qualifying Requirements set out in Section 5.2, their Player Account will be credited a Lottery Bonus of thirty Canadian dollars ($30.00 CAD) at the end of Qualifying Period “A”.
  3. 4.3    If an Eligible Participant is not subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online at the time they opt-in to this Promotion and they satisfy the Qualifying Requirements set out in Section 5.3, their Player Account will be credited a Lottery Bonus of thirty Canadian dollars ($30.00 CAD) at the end of the Qualifying Period “B”.
  4. 4.4    If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in the Promotion after completing the steps set out in Section 4.1, they must opt-out from the Promotion by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” Page.

5   Qualifying Requirements

  1. 5.1    If the Eligible Participant is subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online at the time of opt-in, they must satisfy the Qualifying Requirements set out in Section 5.2 to redeem the thirty Canadian dollar ($30.00 CAD) Lottery Bonus. If the Eligible Participant is not subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online at the time of opt-in, they must satisfy the Qualifying Requirements set out in Section 5.3 to redeem the thirty Canadian dollar ($30.00 CAD) Lottery Bonus.
  2. 5.2    Qualifying Requirements for Existing “Never Miss A Draw” Subscription: If the Eligible Participant is subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online at the time of opt-in, the Eligible Participant must continue to be subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online for thirty consecutive (30) days from the day of opt-in (“Qualifying Period “A””), without missing any scheduled Future Game Transaction, including due to insufficient Player Account funds or the cancellation of the lottery subscription. An Eligible Participant will not meet these Qualifying Requirements under this Section 5.2 and will not be eligible for the Lottery Bonus contemplated in Section 5.1 if their “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription is cancelled by the Eligible Participant or OLG for any reason during Qualifying Period “A”. For certainty, an Eligible Participant will not meet these Qualifying Requirements under this Section 5.2 if a purchase made under the “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription is rejected during Qualifying Period “A” due to insufficient funds in the Eligible Participant’s Player Account.
  3. 5.3    Qualifying Requirements for New “Never Miss A Draw” Subscriptions: If the Eligible Participant is not subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online at the time of opt-in, the Eligible Participant must sign up for a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online within fourteen (14) days of opting-in to this Promotion. If the Eligible Participant subscribes to a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online within fourteen (14) days of opt-in, the Eligible Participant must continue to be subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online for thirty (30) consecutive days from the date they subscribe to the “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription (“Qualifying Period “B””), without missing any scheduled Future Game Transaction, including due to insufficient Player Account funds or the cancellation of the lottery subscription. An Eligible Participant will not meet these Qualifying Requirements under this Section 5.3 and will not be eligible for the Lottery Bonus contemplated in Section 5.1 if their “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription is cancelled by the Eligible Participant or OLG for any reason during Qualifying Period “B”. For certainty, an Eligible Participant will not meet these Qualifying Requirements under this Section 5.3 if a purchase made under the “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription is rejected during Qualifying Period “B” due to insufficient funds in the Eligible Participant’s Player Account.
  4. 5.4    If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements within the Qualifying Period, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided. Please select here to learn how to create a new lottery subscription.

6   General Terms

  1. 6.1   Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Lottery Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed thirty Canadian dollars ($30.00 CAD), regardless of the amount spent on the purchase of Draw-Based Lottery Games Played Online.
  2. 6.2   The Bonus Funds provided in connection with this Promotion do not expire and cannot be: (i) converted into Unutilized Funds; (ii) credited to the Cash Balance of a Player Account (iii) withdrawn from a Player’s Available Balance; (iv) transferred; or (v) assigned.
