1. Introduction

  1. 1.1  These Promotion Specific Terms (these “Promotion Specific Terms”) govern the “Get 15% Back on your Never Miss a Draw Subscription: Up to $15” (the “Promotion”) and are subject to the General Offer Terms (the “General Terms”) and the Player Agreement, both of which are hereby incorporated into and form part of the Promotion Specific Terms. By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (each of the foregoing, an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms. 
  2. 1.2 Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms or the Player Agreement.

2. Promotion Period

  1. 2.1 This Promotion is available from August 4, 2026 at 3:00 pm to August 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm] (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Promotion Benefits

  1. 3.1 An Eligible Participant that satisfies the Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion will be provided the following Promotion benefit at the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

  2. A Lottery Bonus valued at 15% of the amount spent in accordance with Section 4.2(a)(i) subject to the following conditions and limitations:

    1. The Lottery Bonus shall not exceed $15.00, regardless of the amount spent in accordance with Section 4.2(a)(i).

4. Qualifying Requirements

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must, within the Promotion Period, select the “Opt In” button on the Promotion webpage on OLG.ca (“Opt-In”).
  2. 4.2 Eligible Participants must satisfy the following Qualifying Requirements to receive the Promotion benefit described in Section 3:  
    1. During the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Period”), start a new subscription or maintain an existing Never Miss a Draw subscription for any Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online in accordance with the Player Agreement, such subscription being subject to the following terms and conditions:
      • Within the Qualifying Period, spend no less than $1.00 in Unutilized Funds, in aggregate, on ticket(s) as part of the subscription.

5. Promotion Eligibility

  1. 5.1 The Promotion is available only to Players who (at the time of participation):  
    1. are 18 years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been self-excluded; and 
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”).  

Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
