INTRODUCTION

  1. 1. The “PROLINE+ Ticket Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is governed by these Promotion Specific Terms (these “Promotion Specific Terms”) and is sponsored by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (“OLG”).
  2. 2. By opting-in to this Promotion in accordance with Section 20, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  3. 3. This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. OLG may revise the Promotion Specific Terms from time to time and in such a manner as OLG, acting in its sole discretion, determines to be appropriate. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  4. 4. OLG may disclose the personal contact information associated with a Gift Recipient’s Player Account to third parties, which may include any agency responsible for gift fulfillment, who will be using the information for the purpose of providing the Gift to the Gift Recipient.
  5. 5. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the General Terms, they must not participate in the Promotion.
  6. 6. This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY

  1. 7. This Promotion is available in Ontario only and to residents of Ontario who:
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of participation;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing from the date of participation through to the receipt of any Gift in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion by OLG and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gaming policy (each, an “Eligible Participant” and collectively, “Eligible Participants”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers, and directors of OLG, any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”), and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, members, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 8. In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set-forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in the Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any substitute benefit or any other form of compensation due to such disqualification.

PROMOTION PERIOD

  1. 9. Experiential Gifts available will be presented to Eligible Participants via the “Promotions Lobby” webpage of their Player Account within the Promotion Period This Promotion is available for Eligible Participants to redeem as of February 3, 2025, at 3:00 PM ET until February 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

GIFT

  1. 10. There are a total of thirteen (13) gifts available in this Promotion as described below (individually, a “Gift”, and collectively, the “Gifts”) Each individual Experiential Gift, and ticket quantities therein, are available for selection on a first come, first serve basis:

    The “February 23 Experiential Gift” consists of the following components:

    1. Two (2) Tickets to attend the Phoenix Suns @ Toronto Raptors game at 6:00 PM ET on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, ON (the “Event”);
    2. One (1) Visa Gift Card valued at four hundred dollars ($400.00 CAD) per person (total of 2) to reimburse the Gift Recipient and guest’s transportation costs to and from the Event.

    The “February 25 Experiential Gift” consists of the following components:

    1. Two (2) Tickets to attend the Boston Celtics @ Toronto Raptors game at 7:00 PM ET on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, ON (the “Event”);
    2. One (1) Visa Gift Card valued at four hundred dollars ($400.00 CAD) per person (total of 2) to reimburse the Gift Recipient and guest’s transportation costs to and from the Event.

    The “Waitlist Sports Bet Credits Gift” consists of one hundred dollars ($100.00 CAD) in Sports Bet Credits credited to the Eligible Participant’s Sports Bet Credits balance of their Player Account.

  2. 11. Gifts include only those elements described in Section 10. Gifts (and any components or elements thereof) may not be separated and none of its components are eligible for upgrades or loyalty points or rewards.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: THE DETAILS ASSOCIATED WITH THE EVENT BEING OFFERED AS PART OF EACH INDIVIDUAL PROMOTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VENUE LOCATION, OPPONENT, AND TIMING OF EVENT WILL BE PRESENTED ON THE INFORMATIONAL LANDING PAGE FOUND WITHIN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AFTER THEY OPT IN.
  3. 12. ALL DATES, TIMES, LOCATIONS, VENUES, FEATURES OF ANY COMPONENT OF THE GIFTS AND ANY OTHER DETAILS OF ANY COMPONENT OF THE GIFTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SPECIFIED HEREIN (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SEAT SELECTION(S), DATES, TIMES AND SELECTION OF VENUE FOR THE GIFTS) SHALL BE DETERMINED BY OLG, THIRD PARTIES, AND/OR OLG’S DESIGNATED AGENCY, AS APPLICABLE, IN THEIR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
  4. 13. Gifts are non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by an Eligible Participant. Gifts must be accepted as awarded.
  5. 14. Gifts and Gift components are subject to change. In the event an Eligible Participant is unable to themselves make use of any component of a Gift in accordance with the Promotion Specific Terms, they may lose any entitlement to the Gift or any substitute prize or benefit and OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to designate a new Eligible Participant.
  6. 15. Sports Bet Credits. Any Sports Bet Credits provided pursuant to the Promotion will be credited to the Player Account within 48 hours of the event ends and will expire 168 hours from the time it is credited to the Player Account of the Eligible Individual.

SELECTION PROCESS

  1. 16. OLG will select, in its sole and absolute discretion, thirteen (13) Eligible Participants to receive a Gift. If an Eligible Participant is disqualified from this Promotion, they shall lose their entitlement to a Gift and OLG may in its sole and absolute discretion select another Eligible Participant to whom a Gift will be offered. OLG may continue this process until all Gifts have been redeemed.
  2. 17. Experiential Gifts will be awarded to Eligible Participants on a first come, first served basis in the order in which each Eligible Participant has opted-in to this Promotion in accordance with Section 19-21. Eligible Participants who opt-in after the total number of available Experiential Gifts have been claimed will be placed on a waitlist and may receive an Experiential Gift in the event an Eligible Participant is disqualified or withdrawn from the Promotion, up until 48 hours before the start of the Event. In such case, Eligible Participants on the waitlist will be offered an Experiential Gift in the order in which they were placed on the waitlist. Eligible Participants who (i) opt-in to the Promotion, (ii) are placed on the waitlist, and (iii) do not receive an Experiential Gift, will receive a Waitlist Sports Bet Credits Gift.
  3. 18. In the event that an Eligible Participant has not been selected for any Experiential Gift after exhausting the waitlist, OLG may, in its sole and absolute discretion, either (a) select any other Individual who meets the criteria set out Section 6 and award an Experiential Gift to that Individual in any manner it deems appropriate or (b) elect not to award the Experiential Gift.

GIFT REDEMPTION AND FULLFILMENT

  1. 19. For the purpose of the Promotion Specific Terms, a “Gift Recipient” is an Eligible Participant that has not been disqualified pursuant to the Promotion Specific Terms and redeems a Gift by opting-in to the Promotion and communicating their agreement to these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 19 within the timelines prescribed by OLG.
  2. 20. In order to be considered for a Gift, the Eligible Participant must opt-in to one Promotions outlined below (where available based on other prior Eligible Participant opt-ins) and communicate their agreement to these Promotion Specific Terms during the Promotion Period, using either of the following methods:
    1. Log-in to their Player Account, navigate to the “Promotions Lobby”, and select the “Opt-In” button for ONE of the following Promotions:
      1. “PROLINE+ Ticket Giveaway – February 23 Suns @ Raptors”; or
      2. “PROLINE+ Ticket Giveaway – February 25 Celtics @ Raptors”.
    2. Log-in to their Player Account, navigate to the “Promotion Details Page” from the promotional banners/emails and select the “Opt-In” button on the Promotion details page for ONE of the following Promotions:
      1. “PROLINE+ Ticket Giveaway – February 23 Suns @ Raptors”; or
      2. “PROLINE+ Ticket Giveaway – February 25 Celtics @ Raptors”.
  3. 21. An Eligible Participant may only opt-in to one Promotion, and the Eligible Participant’s first selection will be the Gift they are eligible to receive in accordance with these Terms. There is a limit of one (1) Gift per Gift Recipient. In no event will an Eligible Participant be eligible to receive more than one (1) Gift.
  4. 22. To redeem a Gift, an Eligible Participant may be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification. If the Eligible Participants fail to do so, the applicable Gift may not be awarded and OLG will have no obligation to award any substitute gifts or rewards.
  5. 23. A Gift will be awarded to a Gift Recipient as follows:
    1. OLG or one of its designates will provide the Experiential Gift components via email to the eligible participant to the email address associated with their OLG Player Account around two (2) to three (3) days prior to the event for which they have opted-in.
  6. 24. If an Eligible Participant does not meet the requirements of Sections 19- 22, the Eligible Participant shall no longer be entitled to a Gift (or any substitute or other form of compensation) and OLG may in its sole and absolute discretion offer the Gift to another Eligible Participant.
  7. 25. No substitutions or equivalent cash payments will be made for any Gift, save for OLG’s right, at its sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent or greater value. Except as specifically provided herein, unclaimed Gifts will not be awarded.
  8. 26. If it is discovered by OLG (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by OLG) that any Eligible Participant (or any person or entity purporting to be an Eligible Participant) has attempted to: (i) redeem more than one (1) Gift; and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities, email addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Promotion; then he/she may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion in the sole and absolute discretion of OLG and OLG will have no obligation to award the Gift in relation to that Eligible Participant.
  9. 27. If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in the Promotion after completing the steps set out in Sections 19-22, they must opt-out from the Promotion via the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact a Premium Services Host through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098. After opting out, the Eligible Participant agrees that they will no longer be eligible to receive the Gift or any component thereof and OLG may in its sole and absolute discretion offer the Gift to another Eligible Participant.
  10. 28. E-Mail Communication. The Eligible Participant agrees to receive email communication from OLG regarding information about their Gift (such as Event details), as well as a link to a post Event survey. Event details include (but are not limited to) Event confirmation details, Event venue information, Event reminders, and waitlist information.

GIFT RECIPIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. 29. Guest Selection. A Gift Recipient of an Experiential Gift may have a guest attend the Event for which they received tickets as part of the redemption of their Experiential Gift. Such guest must, at the time of attending the Event, be 19 years of age or older. In respect of any guest attending the Experiential Gift with the Eligible Participant, the Eligible Participant agrees to comply with all relevant provisions of the Promotion Specific Terms as they pertain to their guest’s attendance, and further agree to be solely responsible for any acts or omissions of said guest.
  2. 30. Third Party Terms. The Eligible Participant understands and acknowledges that each component of the Gift and the use thereof may be subject to a separate set of third-party terms and conditions, including but not limited to rules, regulations, restrictions, terms and conditions indicated on any tickets associated with the Experiential Gift, in force at the venue hosting the Events, and any health and safety polices or protocols associated with any of the foregoing (e.g., COVID-19 testing requirements, vaccination requirements and proof, social distancing requirements, requirements for face coverings, etc.) (“Third Party Terms”). The Gift Recipient is responsible for determining the Third-Party Terms applicable to the Gift (or component thereof) and their use thereof and hereby agrees to comply with such applicable Third-Party Terms. OLG and MLSE do not make, and expressly disclaim, any representations or warranties with respect to any Gift component and expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability to a Gift Recipient for any Gift component. The Gift Recipient and guest are solely responsible for complying with Third Party Terms; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Gift.
  3. 31. Expenses and Transportation. Any and all expenses or other requirements associated with the Experiential Gift not expressly provided for herein are the sole responsibility of the Gift Recipient. The Gift Recipient is responsible for arranging transportation for themselves and their guest to and from the location of the Event.
  4. 32. Sale of Event Tickets. The Gift Recipient will not sell, trade or transfer their two (2) admission tickets for the Event or any other Gift or Gift Component.
  5. 33. Third Party Promotion Agency. By entering this Promotion, the Eligible Participant consents to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information (including, but not limited to their full name and email address) by the promotion agency designated by OLG to implement, administer and fulfill this Promotion (the “Promotion Agency”).

GENERAL TERMS

  1. 34. Disclaimer. OLG and MLSE will have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of any claim arising in connection with the participation in the Promotion or any Gift awarded. MLSE and Toronto Raptors have not offered or sponsored the Promotion in any way.
  2. 35. COVID-19. Furthermore, the Eligible Participant acknowledges, understands, and agrees that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 at any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. The Eligible Participant assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and the Eligible Participant hereby waives all claims and potential claims against OLG relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
  3. 36. Force Majeure. In the event a Gift (or any component or element thereof) cannot be awarded as contemplated by the Promotion Specific Terms due to circumstances outside of the reasonable control of OLG and/or MLSE, including but not limited to an act of God, acts or policies of any federal, regional or municipal governmental authority (domestic or foreign), strikes, lockouts, pandemic, fires, floods, earthquake, storm, or epidemic, OLG, shall not be in breach of the Promotion Specific Terms and, as applicable, may, in their discretion, without providing prior notice to the Eligible Participant or Gift Recipient, as applicable, and without incurring penalty or liability:
    1. provide an altered or modified Gift (or any component or element thereof) to the Gift Recipient as OLG and/or MLSE, as applicable, deems necessary; or
    2. substitute the Gift (or any component or element thereof) with a prize (or any component or element thereof) of equal or greater approximate retail value.
  4. 37. Eligible Participants hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless forever MLSE, OLG, and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities and costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) which may arise from, or in relation to:
    1. the Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion;
    2. any breach by the Eligible Participant of any covenants, agreements, terms, obligations, representations, or warranties set forth herein; and
    3. the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, misuse or non-use of the Gift or any component thereof by the Eligible Participant.
  5. 38. The decisions of OLG with respect to all aspects of this Promotion are final and binding without review or right of appeal. By participating in this Promotion, each Participant is agreeing to be legally bound by these Promotion Specific Terms. ANYONE DEEMED BY OLG TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF OLG AT ANY TIME.
  6. 39. Headings in these Promotion Specific Terms are for convenience purpose only and do not affect the interpretation of the Promotion Specific Terms contained herein.
