1 Introduction
- 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “OLG ONE Mega Match Deposit Bonus – Up to $750” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
- 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and the OLG ONE Program Terms. The General Terms and the OLG ONE Program Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms and/or the OLG ONE Program Terms.
- 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms, the OLG ONE Program Terms, or the General Terms, they must (i) not Opt In to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
- 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.
2 Promotion Eligibility
- 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
- are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
- have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak or deactivated; and
- have been selected to participate in this Promotion by OLG and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gaming policy (“Eligible Participant”)
Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion.
Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
3 Promotion Period
- 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable from the time it appears in the Promotions Lobby of the Eligible Participant’s Player Account until 11:59 pm on the first Sunday that follows (the “Promotion Period”).
4 How to Participate
- 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps during Promotion Period:
- Opt-in to the Promotion by navigating to the deposit page of their Player Account by either clicking “Deposit Now” on the promotion tile or “Opt-in” on the promotions web page for this Promotion. If the Eligible Participant navigates to the deposit page of their Player Account by clicking on either the promotion tile or promotions web page for this Promotion, they will be presented a pre-populated promotional code (the “Code”) in the space provided on the “Deposit Funds” page. Codes must be unaltered by a user to remain eligible for this Promotion. The Code may only be used one (1) time. If an Eligible Participant navigates to the deposit page without clicking either “Deposit Now” on the promotion tile or “Opt-in” on the promotions web page for this Promotion, then the Code will not be pre-populated, and the Eligible Participant will be required to enter “olgonemegamatch750” to receive the Casino Bonus contemplated in the Promotion Specific Terms.
- Make a successful deposit of Unutilized Funds to their Cash Balance in an amount equal to or exceeding fifteen Canadian dollars ($15.00 CAD) with the Code applied during the Promotion Period (“Deposit”).
- 4.2 Eligible Participants can view details of the Promotion either by: (i) navigating to the promotion webpage from the promotional email delivered to the email address associated with their Player Account; or (ii) navigating to the promotion webpage from the promotional banners displayed on OLG.ca after having logged into their Player Aaccount; or (iii) navigating to the promotion webpage from the “Promotions Lobby” after having logged into their Player Account.
- 4.3 Once the Code has been applied and the Deposit is successfully credited to the Player Account, Eligible Participants will be provided a Casino Bonus credited to their Casino Bonus balance named “Mega Match bonus”. If an Eligible Participant does not successfully complete the requirements in Section 4.1 within the Promotion Period, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
- 4.4 The amount of Casino Bonus will be calculated as one hundred percent (100%) of the Deposit made with the Code applied during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum Casino Bonus of Seven hundred fifty Canadian dollars ($750.00 CAD). For example, if an Eligible Participant makes a Deposit of $1000.00 CAD with the Code during the Promotion Period, they will receive a Casino Bonus in the amount of $750.00 CAD.
- 4.5 Eligible Participants must satisfy the Wager Requirements detailed in these Promotion Specific Terms in order to convert a Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion to their Cash Balance.
5 Wagering Requirements
- 5.1 Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wagering Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus to the Cash Balance are as follows:
- Within 72 hours from the time that Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must wager an aggregate amount of at least ten (10) times the total amount of the Casino Bonus provided as part of this Promotion; and
- The amount of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wagering Requirements detailed in Section 5.1a is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGERING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.
6 General Terms
- 6.1 Eligible Participants are only entitled to redeem the Code one (1) time during the Promotion Period. Eligible Participants who fail to redeem the Code during the Promotion Period will not be entitled to any compensation or promotional benefit of any kind. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed seven hundred fifty Canadian dollars ($750.00 CAD), regardless of the amount of the Deposit. The Casino Bonus is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
- 6.2 By accepting any promotional benefit from this Promotion, the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understand and agree to these Promotion Specific Terms.
