1 Introduction
- 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Never Miss A Draw Bonus - $15 Lottery Bonus up to $90” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
- 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
- 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
- 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.
2 Promotion Eligibility
- 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
- are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
- have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak for a term equal to or greater than six months, or deactivated; and
- have been selected to participate in this Promotion, all as determined by OLG
- prior to opting in to the Promotion in accordance with Section 4.1, do not have an active “Never Miss A Draw” subscription for any Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online
Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
3 Promotion Period
- 3.1 This Promotion is available as of October 1, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. EST to March 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).
- 3.2 Once opted in, the Eligible Participant must meet the Qualifying Requirements specified in Section 5 in order to receive the Lottery Bonus contemplated in these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant does not meet such requirements, the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account.
4 How to Participate
- 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must:
- Log-in to their Player Account;
- Opt-in to the “Never Miss A Draw Bonus - $15 Lottery Bonus” promotion within the Promotion Period by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or promotion details page on OLG.ca and selecting the “Opt In” button within the Promotion Period.
- 4.2 If an Eligible Participant satisfies the Qualifying Requirements set out in Section 5, their Player Account will be credited a Lottery Bonus in accordance with Section 5.1.
- 4.3 If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in the Promotion after completing the steps set out in Section 4.1, they must opt-out from the Promotion by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” Page.
5 Qualifying Requirements
- 5.1 To qualify for a Lottery Bonus, the Eligible Participant must sign up for a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online within thirty (30) days before the Promotion period ends. The Eligible Participant will receive a $15 Lottery Bonus for each consecutive 30-day period, up to a maximum of six (6) periods, that they have an active “Never Miss A Draw” subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online during the Promotion Period.
- 5.2 The Eligible Participant must continue to be subscribed to a “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription for at least one Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online for thirty (30) consecutive days from the date they subscribe to the “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription (“Qualifying Period”), without missing any scheduled Future Game Transaction, including due to insufficient Player Account funds or the cancellation of the lottery subscription.
- 5.3 An Eligible Participant will not meet these Qualifying Requirements under this Section 5 and will not be eligible for the Lottery Bonus contemplated in Section 5.1 if their “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription is cancelled by the Eligible Participant or OLG for any reason during the Qualifying Period. For certainty, an Eligible Participant will not meet these Qualifying Requirements under this Section 5 if a purchase made under the “Never Miss A Draw” lottery subscription is rejected during the Qualifying Period due to insufficient funds in the Eligible Participant’s Player Account or because their permitted Direct Pay payment card is not Funded.
- 5.4 The maximum Lottery Bonus an Eligible Participant can earn through this Promotion is $90 for six (6) consecutive 30-day periods. Under no circumstances will the Eligible Participant receive any more than the maximum Lottery Bonus set out in this Section 5.4, regardless of the quantity or duration of their active “Never Miss a Draw” subscription(s) to Draw-Based Lottery Games(s) Played Online.
- 5.5 Eligible Participants will not be entitled to receive a Lottery Bonus for any active “Never Miss a Draw” subscription for which the consecutive 30-day period concludes after the end of the Promotion Period.
- 5.6 If, during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Participant cancels all their “Never Miss a Draw” subscription(s) or otherwise misses the scheduled Future Game Transaction(s) before any qualifying 30-day consecutive period has concluded, they will not receive any Lottery Bonus for that period. In such circumstances, the Eligible Participant will remain eligible, during the Promotion Period, to earn a Lottery Bonus by fulfilling the Qualifying Requirements set out in this Section 5.
- 5.7 If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements within the Qualifying Period, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided. Please select here to learn how to create a new lottery subscription.
6 General Terms
- 6.1 The Bonus Funds provided in connection with this Promotion do not expire and cannot be: (i) converted into Unutilized Funds; (ii) credited to the Cash Balance of a Player Account (iii) withdrawn from a Player’s Available Balance; (iv) transferred; or (v) assigned.
- 6.2 OLG reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to disqualify an Eligible Participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Eligible Participant will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
